Advanced Skincare and Facial Therapy
My name is Zoe Ramirez, and my journey into beauty and holistic therapy began many years ago. I studied Anatomy, Physiology, Skincare and Massage locally, followed by Pilates and Advanced Skincare. More recently, I have developed my skills in Gua Sha, Shiatsu and complementary therapies, discovering the restorative benefits of Buccal Therapy, which I have chosen to specialise in.
After many years working in corporate technology, I returned to my passion for beauty and well-being, building on my existing knowledge with advanced facial massage and sculpting techniques and gaining valuable experience through work placements at Macdonald Berystede Hotel & Spa in Ascot, Barnett Hill Hotel in Guildford, Nirvana Spa in Sindlesham and Eton Beauty Riverside.
I chose to offer luxurious, results-driven facials using Germaine de Capuccini. Spanish professional skincare brand with over 60 years of expertise, renowned for its advanced research, beautiful treatment rituals and sensory approach to wellbeing. I discovered the brand during my training at Nirvana Spa and quickly fell in love with its philosophy and approach to facial therapy.
My treatments combine advanced facial massage, lymphatic drainage, lifting and sculpting techniques, deep facial massage, and I am training in Buccal (intra-oral) massage. Buccal massage works deeply into the muscles of the face and jaw and can be particularly beneficial for those experiencing facial and jaw tension.
I am fortunate enough to have experienced treatments in various leading spas around the world. These experiences have given me a real appreciation for what makes a treatment truly exceptional, from expert technique and beautiful products to the atmosphere, sensory experience and feeling of being completely cared for.
Following an initial brief consultation, my focus is on tailoring every treatment to you, enhancing your natural beauty while creating a truly relaxing and restorative experience.
Why I am now specialising in Buccal Therapy
My interest in Buccal Therapy is personal. Having experienced TMJ and bruxism myself, I have found that incorporating simple self-massage techniques into my daily routine has helped me manage facial tension and morning jaw discomfort.
This personal experience inspired me to explore specialist facial therapy further and develop my expertise in Buccal massage, a unique combination of therapeutic touch, relaxation and facial sculpting. Buccal Therapy isn't just the latest beauty trend. In my opinion, it may provide a deep release of stress and emotion in a way that we haven't seen before.

I recommend beginning weekly facial treatments at least 6-8 weeks before your special day. This allows time to tailor your treatments to your skin’s needs and achieve the best possible results, while ensuring your skin feels beautifully refreshed and radiant for your wedding day.

I recently visited Blossom Beauty and had the Germaine de Capuccini Timexpert Lift facial. It was honestly the best facial I have ever had!
Zoe is clearly a very experienced and knowledgeable therapist, and the whole treatment felt wonderfully luxurious. It included massage to my shoulders, hands and even my feet, leaving me deeply relaxed, refreshed and feeling as though I were walking on air.
My skin looked absolutely amazing afterwards, and I completely fell in love with the beautiful products Zoe used. A truly wonderful experience from beginning to end. I will definitely be back and would love to make this a regular treat!

Examples of reasons we would refrain from providing a treatment.
Pregnancy - no treatments during the first trimester.
Cancer: If currently undergoing cancer treatment, medical approval is required.
Any other condition or circumstance that may affect the safety or suitability of the treatment?
We will assess your skin before treatment.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
Treatments are currently provided at our advertised location. Please note that the location may change; if so, we will provide an alternative room or venue of a similar standard.
If the gift recipient is unable to have their treatment for any reason, we would be delighted to offer an alternative. They may choose a Germaine de Capuccini skincare product of equivalent value, allowing them to enjoy a little luxury in a different way.
Cancellations
We understand that plans can change.
To ensure we can offer appointments to other guests, please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment.
Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your appointment, as well as missed appointments, will be subject to the full treatment charge. Where possible, you can transfer your booking to an alternative treatment, allowing you to enjoy it at a later date.

Clients may contact Blossom Beauty if they have any questions regarding how their personal information is collected, stored or used.
Client information and treatment records are treated as strictly confidential and stored securely.
We use a professional booking and business management system, Fresha, to securely manage appointments and client records.
Personal information is processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and is only accessed where necessary for the provision and management of our services.
Insurance
For insurance and record-keeping purposes, Blossom Beauty will retain client treatment records for up to 7 years after your last treatment, after which they will be securely deleted.
Complaints Procedure
We endeavour to provide you with the highest level of service and care. However, should you wish to make a complaint for any reason, we take all concerns seriously and will endeavour to resolve them fairly and promptly.
Please note that Blossom Beauty Windsor operates independently from Wrens Club.
